- Purchaseglory.com charges fees from supplier to sell products online through Purchaseglory.com online platform.
- Buyer can have free access to unlimited products with specifications.
- Buyer pays no transaction fees for any purchase through purchaseglory.com
- Buyer Registration with valid GST Number and details as required in form is mandatory.
- The supplier will ensure quality as per specification provided. In case of quality deviations - buyer can return / replace the product.
- The Products can be returned for defects or quality issues within 7 days of receipt of product.
- The Refund will be initiated within 7 working days after product receipt at seller's end and verification. Only Shipping cost will be charged at actuals to buyer
- The Buyer must follow rules of the country and legal liability for the product buying remains with the buyer
- Purchaseglory.com reserves the right for registration, disqualification and rating of buyer.
- The buyer rating would be based on supplier feedback , Payment clearance to supplier, Indent to formal payment time frame, promptness in communications etc.
- The buyer rating may affect the supplier’s decision to sell the product to buyer.
- Each material transaction is with unique Order code – the buyer should specify the same in all the communications.
- All despatches will be from reliable transporter with online consignment tracking facility.
